When we looked around the school we fell in love with it and was far better than any other school in the area.
Giggleswick School for many years has found that pupils who join us from Hunter Hall are well mannered, well taught and willing to have a go at everything we offer. They enhance our boarding community and regularly play key roles in our drama productions, choir, orchestra and sports teams. We always look forward to them joining us in Year 7.

It had the wow factor when we looked around on the back of a recommendation from someone who had previously had kids at the school.
I came to Hunter Hall School to perform ‘Cinderella’. All of the pupils behaved wonderfully and joined in with all the songs and audience interaction superbly! However, when it was time to listen to the story and pay attention, they settled really well (without prompting to do so) and this meant they could fully understand the show. They were a great audience!

Thank you to you and all the staff for the support, encouragement and fabulous opportunities given to our children. Also I wanted to say that I will miss Hunter Hall and being part of the Hunter Hall family. I will cherish my many varied memories. I loved walking into the playground at the end of the day to pick up the children from after school club and seeing all the different age groups playing together. The enthusiasm of the matches and cross country races on a Wednesday afternoon, in what sometimes felt like, whatever the weather!
Hunter Hall School is a lovely environment, which offers the children extra activities which they wouldn’t get to participate in elsewhere. The children leave with confidence, independence and a caring attitude.
I recently came to Hunter Hall to provide supply cover and was made to feel so welcome by the whole of the school community. I have found the school to be a vibrant and exciting place to learn, with polite, hard-working and enthusiastic children teamed with friendly and dedicated staff that help to make each day a pleasure.

All of the children were a delight to work with, extremely polite and enthusiastic! They gave intelligent responses and we hope they thoroughly enjoyed building wind powered vehicles in teams. They are a credit to Hunter Hall and a fantastic representation of your establishment.
I would also like to add that the teachers were helpful and well prepared – despite the traffic they made our job as hosts exceptionally easy. They were not only supportive to the team at iFLY, but also to the pupils during the practical elements of the workshops. They are a credit to your school and we hope that they enjoyed their flights too!

I just wanted to say I thought Prize Giving was amazing. The presentations, the professional approach and the content were just perfect. Katie was absolutely delighted with her award and I feel that will give her the desire in year 4 to succeed and strive to be better. We think you have brought great things to Hunter Hall and look forward to enjoying the rest of our years with you all.
