Discover Hunter Hall Pre-school
Hunter Hall has a Pre-school like no other. Housed in 19th century farm buildings in the Eden Valley on the outskirts of Penrith, we provide children aged 3+ with the space and support they need to learn, grow and become the best they can be.
We believe pre-school is about much more than meeting targets. It’s about developing children during their most formative years. Inspiring them to discover their passions and helping them connect with the world around them. Giving them the confidence to make friends while learning how to respect themselves and others.
We are open daily, from 7.45am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday during term time.
Our curriculum is teacher-led, meaning children are truly prepared for when they start school.
At Hunter Hall Pre-school, we follow the Early Years Foundation Stage, where we learn through play and focus on the children’s interests.
Our indoor and outdoor environments offer wonderful settings for adult-led and child-initiated, play-based learning including:
Pre-school staff deliver daily:
Literacy, maths, speaking and listening (phonics), understanding the world, creative and physical development
Subject-specialist teachers deliver:
Forest fun Fridays, French, P.E., music, mindfulness, singing and yoga.
