We encourage all of our children to get involved in physical education

Hunter Hall School has an excellent reputation for a fantastic sports provision

At Hunter Hall, children in Upper School (Years 3 – 6) get over 8 hours of games and physical exercise each week, including outdoor education which may include cycling, sailing, orienteering or climbing.

Lower School (pre-school – Year 2) have their own bespoke physical education curriculum, which accounts for approximately 4 hours’ physical activity, including a whole session devoted to forest school activities using the school woodland resource.

In addition, both Upper and Lower School children may take part in physical activity clubs after school, which range from tennis to running and badminton, adding up to another hour of hearty physical exercise should they so wish.
